New Years Eve Celebration 2008

Ready to welcome you from 7.30pm. Our DJ will entertain you from 9pm, glass of Cava accompanied with the traditional 12 grapes at midnight. Your ticket includes V.I.P all night admission into our late night party from midnight. Starters

Home baked bread and olives on arrival
  1. Prawn & Mango Cocktail
    Atlantic prawns smothered with our Marie Rose sauce and served with mango slices and on a bed of fresh leaves
  2. Chicken Liver Pate
    Served with toasted rustic bread and a lightly dressed salad, accompanied with redcurrant jelly
  3. Melon Parcel's
    Melon wrapped in Jamón Ibérico garnished with a crispy salad
  4. Gambas Pil-Pil
    Prawns sautéed in a garlic, white wine, spices and tomato sauce
  5. Breaded Field Mushrooms
    Deep fried golden brown mushrooms served with salad garnish and a garlic dip

Main Courses

  1. Fillet of Beef
    Prime fillet of the finest beef served plain or with our special peppercorn or blue cheese sauce
  2. Grilled Swordfish Steak
    Served either plain grilled or with a tomato, pepper and basil sauce
  3. Stuffed Breast of Chicken
    Chicken breast filled with cream cheese and spinach, and finished with a Diana sauce
  4. Fresh Pork Fillet
    Filled with king prawns, Greek feta cheese, Spanish ham and a smothered in a chestnut sauce
  5. Shoulder of Lamb
    Marinated in our chefs rich minted marinade, then slow roasted. Served with thick gravy
  6. Vegetable Kebabs
    With Mustard, cumin and soy sauce, served on a bed of rice (V)

All main courses served with seasonal vegetables and sautéed potatoes

Desserts

  1. Homemade Banoffee Pie
    Served with pistachio ice cream
  2. Profiteroles
    Little choux buns filled with cream and covered in a chocolate sauce makes a rather special ending to a special year
  3. Triple Chocolate Riot
    Double chocolate cake served with cream.
  4. Homemade Lemon Cheesecake
    Rich and creamy served on a traditional biscuit base
