...and so the building started!

	January 3rd, 2001 The bare essentials! We received an empty unit. Works began to fit the internal walls for the kitchen, store, toilets and office. The front door is behind us. The bar will eventually be centered around the arch on the left.
	January 20th, 2001 Wooden beams are fitted to make the restaurant a raised area.
	January 28th, 2001 First parts of the bar which will eventually look like a clinker build boat.
	February 14th, 2001 Expert tiler in the kitchen.
	March 20th, 2001 False ceiling now in place after we had fitted sound insulation, sound system, alarm, airconditioning and lighting systems.
	April 15th, 2001 Floorboards are now fitted and the bar is really taking shape. The m.d.f. will be finished off with a paint effect.
	April 25th, 2001 Nearing completion... All masts are now in place, the sun has come out and the skies are blue!
	April 29th, 2001 Less than one week to go! The crows nests are now in place and the fireproof sails are being hoisted.
